Catalyst Ranch is not your typical meeting space. Our unique environment is what separates us from other meeting spaces in the city. While hotels are charging extra for a la carte additions, a meeting at Catalyst Ranch is stocked with more than you’ll ever need:

Our room rental rates include complimentary use of all equipment listed above, local phone calls, regular meeting supplies, wireless internet, DSL ports, faxes, 2 snack services (1 for half days) and unlimited hot & cold beverages. Catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available at additional cost. A high ratio of friendly and knowledgeable meeting support staff is always on hand.

Rooms are rented by the full and half day. A half day meeting is defined as 8am – 12pm or 1pm– 5pm. Any meetings 4-8 hours in duration are considered to be full day meetings. We offer discounts for non-profits.

We also provide complimentary advice to help you select just the right facilitator for your meeting. We’ve met some incredibly talented and top notch folks right here at the Ranch and are always happy to share the knowledge. We’re full of ideas. Someone missed their flight or can’t make the meeting? Consider using web-based video conferencing. Catalyst Ranch provides video conferencing powered by Nefsis®. The benefit of using the Nefsis® system is that not only can you see others across town or across the world, but with the click of the mouse, you can switch the screen to show documents or Power Point presentations.

It’s also great for focus groups! Don’t jeopardize your market research and lose the client’s valuable input when they can’t quite physically make it to the groups. They can listen, observe and participate from the comfort of their office. No extra travel saves time and money. It also helps with the logistics of scheduling groups.
