Someone missed their flight or can't make the meeting? Consider using web-based video conferencing. Catalyst Ranch provides video conferencing powered by the Nefsis® system. The benefit of using the Nefsis® system is that not only can you see others across town or across the world, but with the click of the mouse, you can switch the screen to show documents or Power Point presentations.

How does it work?
The clients actually present at Catalyst Ranch are considered to be the Host. Each additional attendee will log into the session via his/her own laptop. The Host invites each attendee to join the conference via a link sent by e-mail. The attendee simply clicks on the link and logs into the meeting. The Nefsis® system is very user friendly with a simple navigation bar. The Nefsis® system is also secure. Our on-site support technician will set up all the equipment and provide simple instructions to the meeting leader on how to easily navigate the Nefsis® conference. They can also help other attendees trying to join the meeting if they have any issues. The entire session can be recorded and downloaded onto a disk for subsequent viewing.

Pricing
Daily Flat Rate = $600 for up to 4 hours
Each additional hour is $100

Flat rate includes equipment set-up and rental, on-site technical support and airtime and bridging for up to 5 attendees (including the Host). Each additional attendee is $90 per day (for up to 8 hours).
