It’s important for technology and equipment to work correctly, and on the first try. That’s why we cross-train our Ranch Hands in standard meeting equipment so troubleshooting can happen at a moment’s notice. For trickier problems, our resident tech wizard will wave his hand and use “Amazing A/V Powers” to get your session back on track in no time. Catalyst Ranch is stocked with standard meeting equipment and we have fantastic meeting partners that can supply more complex systems.
Stream Your Meeting
Sometimes attendees just can’t make it to the meeting in person, but the show must go on! Stream your presentation online with our interactive virtual meeting package. Now your session can take place at the Ranch and absent colleagues can still participate. Upload your presentation and share with colleagues around the world, all while interfacing via camera.
Creative Equipment
A creative space wouldn’t be complete without creative equipment, custom-built just for our venue. Huge dry erase boards are double-sided for the oodles of ideas Catalyst Ranch inspires. Artwork on the walls can be removed to create large workspace, perfect for posting flipcharts notes. Meeting rooms with large brick walls have a nail strip and plastic Ideation Boards to create additional wall space. Be prepared to unleash your creativity!
Super Fast Internet
Our FIBER internet connection is super-fast and we won’t charge you extra for it. Don’t worry if you plan to download files or images, stream video or need to have multiple attendees working online at the same time. We can handle it! If your laptop is of the vintage variety, like our furniture, don’t think twice about it. We’ll get you plugged in via Ethernet in no time flat.
