Our room rental rates include complimentary use of all equipment listed above, local phone calls, regular meeting supplies, wireless internet, DSL ports, faxes, 2 snack services (1 for half days) and unlimited hot & cold beverages. Catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available at additional cost. A high ratio of friendly and knowledgeable meeting support staff is always on hand.

Rooms are rented by the full and half day. A half day meeting is defined as 8am - 12pm or 1pm-5pm. Any meetings 4-8 hours in duration are considered to be full day meetings. We offer discounts for non-profits.

We also provide complimentary advice to help you select just the right facilitator for your meeting. We've met some incredibly talented and top notch folks right here at the Ranch and are always happy to share the knowledge. We're full of ideas.
